Jumpstart Housing Assistance Program

The Jumpstart Housing Assistance Program is intended to aid individuals whose homes were destroyed or damaged by the natural disasters of 2008. These homes must be located in Iowa counties that have been declared disaster areas by the President of the United States. The Jumpstart Federal Housing Assistance Program is being administered by the Iowa Department of Economic Development.
