About Adel Assisted Living Adel Assisted Living opened in January 2006. The 24-unit program was built using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program and is located on a senior housing campus on the edge of Adel. Services are provided by HomeCare Services, a home health agency with a long history of providing quality care to the citizens of Adel.
