About Cedar Place Cedar Place Assisted Living is a 22-unit program built under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Assisted Living Conversion Grant Program. The assisted living program, constructed in an affordable senior housing facility, opened in the summer of 2005. Services, provided by Bethany Manor, include meals, personal and health-related care, and activities. This project serves seniors age 65 and older. |
