About Southcrest Manor II Assisted Living Southcrest Manor II Assisted Living is a 16-unit program built under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Assisted Living Conversion Grant Program. The assisted living program, constructed on a senior housing campus, opened in December 2005. Services, provided by Veterans Memorial Home Health Care, include meals, personal and health-related care, and activities. This project serves seniors age 65 and older. |
