- Governor Culver recently signed Senate file 2432, which provides a permanent funding
source for the
State Housing Trust Fund. The Fund will receive an annual appropriation
of at least $3 million.
- IFA’s Web site now includes a listing of

in the state.

- Beginning later this week on new conventional loan reservation of funds, IFA’s FirstHome
and
FirstHome Plus mortgage pricing will include a Loan Level Price Adjustment as result of Fannie Mae’s Loan Level Price Adjustments. Additional details will be available soon.
- IFA’s Web site now includes maps that show the FirstHome and FirstHome Plus program’s
targeted census tracts. Homeowners who purchase a home in a targeted census tract do not need to be first-time homebuyers to take advantage of the program.
- Funds are still available from IFA’s Project-Based Housing Program of the State
Housing Trust Fund. Housing projects located in areas that aren’t certified as Local
Housing Trust Funds are eligible to apply for funds from the Project-Based Program
for single-family and multifamily housing development. The program’s application
