About Irving Point
Irving Point was developed using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program and is located two blocks from Mercy Hospital. The program contains 51 one-bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom apartments. Working in partnership with Mercy Home Health Care and Horizons, the staff of Irving Point focuses on meeting the needs of low-income frail seniors requiring assisted living services.
